- Airport Pick Ups allow for 60 minutes from the time of flight landing before waiting charges are incurred.
- All Othe Pick Ups allow for a 15 minute grace period before waiting charges are incurred.
- Waiting charges will be charged in 15 minute intervals.

- All our bookings are pre-paid.
- 50% Charge will be made for cancellations made within a 48 hour period.
- 100% charge will be made for cancellations made within a 24 hour period.
